AgentPruf (agentpruf.ai) is the marketing website for a governance service for AI agent fleets. This policy describes, accurately, what data the site collects and how it is used.
If you submit the signup form, AgentPruf collects the name, work email address, tier selection, and optional agent count you provide. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers the submission to us by email. The site does not use user accounts and does not require a login.
Your submission is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare the governance package you requested. It is not added to a marketing list without your consent.
Form submissions are stored by Formspree and in the recipient email account. If you purchase a tier, payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe's hosted checkout; card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by AgentPruf. The website does not operate its own database of customer data.
AgentPruf does not sell data, does not use your information for advertising, and does not share data with third parties except the service providers named above, Formspree for form processing and Stripe for payments, each solely to provide their service.
Submissions are retained only as long as needed to provide the service. To have your information deleted, contact wadelovell@gmail.com and we will remove your submission from our records.
